Hutchison Family

I love my job because I feel like I am doing something important.  Family portraits are irreplaceable and  I am really pleased by the number of extended family shoots that I have been able to do this year.    Thank you Hutchison family for spending just a little bit of your time to record a few precious memories with your loved ones.  I enjoyed meeting all of you!

Garber Family

Fall is full swing!  The weather has been gorgeous and the trees are changing colors.  I can't believe that Christmas is only nine weeks away.  Thank you Garber family for making the trip to Kansas City. It was a pleasure meeting you!

The Dancer

My husband gave me his normal pep talk as I prepared for my session this weekend.  He said that I thrive when the sessions are creative...  I have to admit that I love it when I am given a general theme and some creative freedom.  Portraits are great but creating art makes my heart dance.

Maternity and Newborn

Congratulations Elli and Caleb on your new little guy.  Both boys were so calm during the photos which is amazing for little ones.  I'm glad that I got the chance to swing by and see you for a few minutes.  Next time around, we'll have to get that family photo taken.

Baby Two

Ahhh....the perfect sleeping baby session...  I love that this little guy made newborn photography look easy.  Big sister says that his name is "Two".  We thought that we might have to bribe her to take photos with her baby brother but when he cried, she jumped right in to make him feel better. :)
