Turley Family

We have hit the peak of fall and the weather was fantastic this weekend.  If the trees could stay red, orange and yellow year round, I would be a happy camper.

Matthew

I ask a lot of questions and try to make small talk while I take photos.  I want to get to know my clients but the real goal is to get a variety of genuine expressions.  Matthew told me that he does not love having his photo taken which is pretty normal for a teenage boy. :)  He did tolerate me and all of my questions though.  And I got a variety of expressions.  :)

Hali

Hali and her mom drove down from Iowa and met me at sunrise for their outdoor photo shoot.  I had such a blast getting to know you ladies and I am honored that you drove so far to meet a stranger for photos.  We had a beautiful sunrise complete with a crane and and a loud honking goose.  :)  Good luck at college next year.  I am sure that you will kill it in the classroom and on the soccer field!

When you live right next to the lake, taking photos in your backyard is a must.  There were family photos, senior photos, laughs, a little wrestling and a super sweet dog. :)

Scaggs Family

Who doesn't love walking around the West Bottoms?  It is such an iconic Kansas City location with old buildings and antique shops.  Pair a great location with kids who enjoy having their photo taken and you can't go wrong.  Thank you Scaggs family.  It was great to see you guys again.
