This might be my last colorful fall photo session of the year. 😢 This super cold weather has stripped the beautiful trees.  I love nature.  I love hiking.  And I really enjoyed exploring this beautiful land.

Swinson Family

I just adore this family and had such a good time exploring the art district with them.  Downtown KC has so much history and charm.  I think you could explore continuously and not run out of photo options.  Thankfully we rode together and I didn't have to drive.  With detour signs pointing in every direction, I likely would have been driving in circles.  ⥄ 😜

Gibbons Family

The wind chills this morning were below zero (brrrrrr!) but fall was at its peak for the Gibbons family photos just a couple weeks ago.  I really love the fall colors...just wish it lasted longer! :)

Carlson Family

I don't think that I have ever had an extended family session with this many naturally funny photos.  I love that they showed up happy, goofy and ready to have a good time.  Thank you Carlson family for making me smile so much that my cheeks hurt. ;)

Gardner Family

Why is fall the most popular time of year for family photos?  Because it is the only time of year where you can enjoy wearing long sleeves while you choose between a flower background or the lovely trees (or rocks...)  :)  People make jokes about pumpkin spice everything and the impending holidays but it really does put the majority of folks in a good mood.  Gardner family, it was great catching up with you this weekend.  I enjoyed our conversations about memorizing names and rules on facial hair.  :)
