Mendoza Girls

I have known all three of these girls since they were teeny tiny. It is so fun to watch them grow and change every year. Photographing them is almost like photographing my own children. :)

Fall family fun

For a portrait photographer, October is one of the busiest times of the year.  The cooler weather, gorgeous trees and the upcoming holidays all make it an ideal time for family portraits.  I have had such a great time with such a variety of clients this year, which reminds me....  I need to start thinking about my own family portraits now.

I think that I need more themed shoots because this session was a lot of fun. A 1955 Ford, some fun clothes and a couple of willing photo participants...how can you go wrong?

First Steps

Like any photographer, I know that portraits are important. When I talk about capturing memories it sounds a little corny but it is so true. I met this adorable family in the West Bottoms for a photo shoot and was able to share and photograph a wonderful memory. This little one took her first steps during our session and I recorded all of it!

Baby Grace

I tend to go a little over board when I am photographing a newborn.  But, brand new babies are a miracle...so tiny...so cute...and they grow so fast!  Congrats Rachael and Eddie.  Little baby Grace is adorable.

Urban Shoot

 Urban shoots are modern, edgy and fun.  The West Bottoms is full of color, texture and tons of photo opportunities.  I think I could do a session here every weekend for an entire year and not use the same background twice.  :)
